Lidia specialises in commercial litigation and dispute resolution across a number of jurisdictions.
Lidia assists individuals and businesses who are looking for solutions to resolve their disputes by providing clear and concise guidance through the dispute resolution process to ensure a positive outcome. With a background in legal technology, Lidia has an ability to utilise technology to minimise costs and effectively manage large and complex disputes.
Her experience includes working on a variety of matters including contractual disputes, judicial review, energy and resource disputes, immigration review, disputes arising from tax audits and commissions of inquiry. Her work has seen her practising in multiple jurisdictions including the Magistrates Court of Queensland, Supreme Court of Queensland, Queensland Court of Appeal and Federal Court of Australia.
Lidia also has a particular interest in regulatory law and was heavily involved in the Royal Commission into Misconduct in the Banking, Superannuation and Financial Services Industry acting for a large bank.
