Access Digital sells to Over The Wire Holdings
Piper Alderman was pleased to act for ISP provider Access Digital Networks and IT support service provider Interactive Gateways Australia (together, Access Digital) on the sale of their businesses to ASX-listed Over The Wire Holdings Ltd, an internet and infrastructure business with a market capitalisation of approximately $266 million.
Established in 2005 and headquartered in Adelaide, Access Digital employs approximately 10 staff and has approximately 250 business clients. The Piper Alderman team, led by James Dickson and supported by Kieren Shattock, advised Access Digital on all aspects of the sale, including in relation to the structure of the disposal vehicles, the negotiation of the sale documentation and the completion of the transaction.
