Carlisle buys Lakes Radiology

Carlisle Health, an Adelaide-based radiology company focused on using technology to strengthen its offering of radiology services to patients globally, was delighted to acquire Lakes Radiology as part of its growing radiology portfolio.

The Piper Alderman team, led by James Dickson and supported by Kieren Shattock, advised on all aspects of the transaction, including the structuring of the acquisition vehicle, the private equity capital raising and debt arrangements to fund the transaction, negotiation of the sale documentation and attending to completion matters.
