He has navigated and led ASX listed companies and boards, dealt with crises and taken advantage of opportunities in private and family owned businesses. He is full of war stories managing and placating stakeholders to get things done…and nothing ever comes as a surprise to him these days.

Rosanne Hyland is currently the Chief Operating Officer at AusBiotech, having joined 4 years ago as Business Manager. With project work across the medtech sector and more than 20 years’ experience as Group Operations Manager in the high-end hospitality industry, Rosanne is a seasoned professional with a proven track record in large scale team building, strong financial control, commercialization, and exceptional stakeholder engagement. She is passionate about the value of organizational culture.

Renee is Executive Director of Marketing at KordaMentha, an advisory and investment firm. Like all executive roles, it requires two sets of skills – expert marketing and stakeholder management. Without the latter, the former can’t happen. Renee works closely with the executive management team in strategic planning, goal setting and tactical implementation of KordaMentha’s office growth, business development and marketing plans. During her career in professional services, she has engaged and influenced multiple stakeholders across the US, UK, Asia, and Australia.
