Beau has over 10 years’ experience in insolvency, litigation and the resolution of commercial disputes.
Beau believes a strong sense of empathy is required to be the most effective lawyer possible. This enables him to understand that the experience and consequences of being a party to litigation can have a much broader impact on his clients’ business and personal lives beyond what simply happens in the courtroom.
Every matter is different and there is no ‘one-size-fits-all’ solution to legal problems. By putting himself in his clients’ shoes and always trying to understand what it feels like to be in their situation, Beau fights to achieve outcomes for his clients that are best suited to their individual needs.
