“Jen is our trusted legal adviser and her intellect and understanding of the law, commercial issues and strategy is well beyond her peers. We have found Jen to be very commercial when dealing with us and during negotiations with other counterparties on strategically complex and significant acquisitions and highly technical and complex financial services work.
