Rhianne has a demonstrated and keen interest in all things property. Practicing in all areas of property, infrastructure, hospitality & tourism, energy & resources, environment, native title and contract law, she has extensive experience advising on strategic, commercial and legal issues affecting all related matters.
Rhianne assists with the acquisition, development, leasing and disposal of residential, commercial, industrial, rural, agricultural, mining, licensed and retail properties. She specialises in the negotiation and documentation of property acquisitions and disposals and associated due diligence processes. She has acted in relation to the sale and purchase of various large agricultural sites, shopping centres, industrial sites and CBD office buildings.
Rhianne is experienced in the negotiation and documentation of leases and advises both landlords and tenants in relation to their rights and obligations as owners and occupants of agricultural, industrial, retail, commercial and mining premises across Australia.
Rhianne conducts environmental, native title, aboriginal heritage, property and regulatory due diligence for all types of corporate properties and business transactions and assists in the negotiation, documentation and finalisation of such transactions.
