Richard has extensive experience in corporate and commercial law, specialising in corporate acquisitions and sales.
He has experience gained over many years acting on initial public offerings and sales of companies and businesses, establishment of public and private trusts and varied commercial transactions.
Richard’s experience includes due diligence, structuring, directors’ duties, ASX Listing Rules, Corporations Law matters, Foreign Takeovers & Acquisitions Act and advice in relation to Corporations Act matters and trust law. He has also acted as external general counsel for a number of private companies and groups.
He has substantial expertise in film and entertainment law, literary rights and film and television financing and distribution, more than 25 years’ involvement with major real property projects and joint ventures, and wide experience in family trusts, wills and estate law.
