Our team provides strategic input on all aspects of the deal including structuring, covenants, pricing and risk mitigation and is experience in dealing with key government funding and export credit agencies to achieve financial close.
We work seamlessly with our specialist national practice teams (such as projects, real estate, environment and tax) to ensure a successful outcome for all aspects of major projects.
Our recent project finance transactions have included renewable energy projects, gas pipelines, mining, rail and port developments around Australia and in PNG.
